      As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying business processes, systems and process improvements related to QCT Sales Operations and Demand Management activities of QCT division. The candidate will be required to gather user requirements, understand existing systems framework, and propose / deploy solutions within QCT Supply Chain umbrella. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying business processes, systems and process improvements related to QCT Sales Operations and Demand Management activities of QCT division. The candidate will be required to gather user requirements, understand existing systems framework, and propose / deploy solutions within QCT Supply Chain umbrella.

       

      Skills/Experience 

      At least 10-12 years of experience of industry/supply chain systems and processes. The candidate must have strong experience and understanding of supply chain processes including forecasting, demand management, sales and operations planning, and VMI / Customer Programs. The candidate must also have experience in implementation of large scale Supply Chain System implementations with sufficient technical understanding of systems and Change Management skills. The candidate must be able to leverage his/her techno-functional background to make good design tradeoffs, design better solutions in terms of current and future solution compatibility, improve user productivity and address / resolve production support issues.

       

       

      Responsibilities

        Prepare process proposals to reflect scope, cost, time and alternative actions

        Document existing and proposed business processes utilizing process modeling

        Develop and recommend alternate business processes to satisfy core business objectives

        Develop process performance metrics

        Author workbooks in test enviorment based on user requirements

        Benchmark processes and document best practices

        Will roll out, implement, communicate, maintain, and improve upon established processes (after obtaining approval)

        Provide task estimates, develop task schedules, and meet defined task schedules

        Solicit and document user requirements of underlying tools (MIS system, telecommunication systems, etc.)

        Secure user support of new process

        Help train users in new processes and systems

        Convene facilitated work sessions in development of project requirements for drafting of Requirements Document

        Coordinate appropriate staff efforts for prototyping during the facilitated development sessions

        Ensure user feedback is integrated into the project requirements

        Provide input to, and review of, documentation and training

        Ensure user acceptance of implemented systems and processes

        Document and assure execution of Project Communications Plan

        Work with Project Manager to publish status reports

        Organize appropriate status meetings, milestone events, etc.

        Facilitate communication between user community and project representatives

        Document Project Team Structure (Participants, Roles, Duties)

        Support user representatives in identifying user teams and securing buy-in

        Support users in all cut-over activity: buy-in, training, stabilizing work environment
