      This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, leading major professional services projects and programs. You will be responsible to lead cross functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while working with the customers to manage their expectations. The role requires proactive partnership with the company’s sales, finance, R&D, Support and IT personnel, as well as with customers. You will manage the Project Management Office and a team of Delivery Directors who oversee customer accounts. You are an integral component of the selling process, assessing and refining customer needs, communicating how our products add value, as well as estimating our cost to deliver these programs.

      This position is responsible for ensuring that all activities and projects are aligned, prioritized, and optimized to achieve defined business goals and objectives; and provides visibility and transparency to timely and accurate information relating to companywide initiatives, resource allocation/capacity, and project health indicators.

      • Lead the design, development and delivery of key performance indicators/metrics
      • Lead process improvement initiatives which includes analyzing current-state and creating future-state processes and metrics based on business and customer feedback to build capabilities, improve business processes and/or reduce cost
      • Lead the delivery team responsible for project delivery and process improvements
      • Evolve program and project management capabilities to improve delivery of solutions to both internal and external customers
      • Inspire and motivate others to create innovative approaches
      • Expand revenue through customer referrals
      • Dedicated to customer satisfaction, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs
      • Create follow-on revenue from existing customers
      • Maintains and manages effective Executive relationships with customers
      ·         University degree in business, computer sciences or equivalent
      ·         At least 15 years of management experience in consulting, professional services, including at least 5 years in managing project delivery of $5M+ projects
      ·         Has worked at multiple client accounts to gain experience in working with and handling different types of clients; strong client facing abilities including the ability to handle scope issues.
      ·         Strong multi-project management skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing multiple projects from definition through implementation, involving internal and external stakeholders
      ·         Experience building collaborative environments, teaming cultures, and customer service focused mindset among team
      ·         Ability to work with senior management and work within the political structure of his/her own organization as well as the clients
      ·         Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and through presentations at all levels

      ·         Strong planning abilities (both strategic & tactical)

           Strong negotiation skills
