      Operations Advanced Development Program

      Schneider Electric is currently recruiting students to be a part of the successful development program. This program is geared towards students that are looking for a career in manufacturing. In this program you will have the opportunity to move through four rotations over the first two years of your career with Schneider Electric. The goal of the program is to give recent college graduates the opportunity to develop the necessary skills, knowledge, abilities, and relationships necessary for a career at Schneider Electric.

       

      In order to gain necessary exposure to the Operations function, participants will follow four functional rotations to include two location rotations. These rotations will assist with career paths in Operations and allows you to gain a broad range of experience early on and then focus on the area you best fit into.

       

      Potential rotations in the program will include:

      1. Lean Manufacturing Engineer
      2. Manufacturing Supervisor
      3. Materials Analyst
      4. Quality Engineer
      5. Order Engineer
      6. Design Engineer
      7. Safety, Health, and Environment Engineer

       

      Possible rotation locations include:

      • Lexington, KY
      • Smyrna, NE
      • Mechanicsburg, PA
      • Erlanger, KY
      • Peru, IN
      • Huntington, IN
      • Columbia, SC
      • Seneca, SC
      • Oxford, OH
      • Cedar Rapids, IA
      • Clovis, CA
      • Knightdale, NC
      • Athens, TX
      • Lessport, PA
      • Middletown, PA
      • El Paso, TX

       

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's Degree, preferred majors: ME, EE, and/or IE
      • 3.0 GPA minimum
      • Desire to grow your career in manufacturing
      • Strong communication and leadership skills
      • Internship experience in manufacturing/continuous improvement preferred
