      Overview
      The Supply Chain Finance Manager serves as the strategic partner to the following business functions:

      • Materials & Logistics
      • Strategic Sourcing
      • Footprint & Migrations
      • Quality

       

      The holder of this role is expected to actively engage with the above business functions to develop and implement strategic direction and to provide key insights to cost performance, risks/opportunities, and risk mitigation to ensure the business achieves or exceeds financial plan.

       

      Responsibilities

      • Enhance supply chain finance forecast process, providing key insights to performance
      • Lead operating cost performance reviews and forward-looking performance assessments
      • Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) which impact the financial performance of the business
      • Drive financial aspects of footprint and migrations/insourcing projects
      • Liaise with and support all finance teams to drive business performance
      • Develop and maintain harmonized scorecards/reporting
      • Productivity tracking and reporting
      • Adhoc analysis and special project review/analysis

       

      Qualifications

      • B.S. or B.A. degree in Finance or Accounting. An MBA is an advantage
      • Minimum of 5 years finance experience; supply chain finance experience is preferred
      • Strong business analysis skills with an ability to "see the big picture" and anticipate future consequences
      • Strong interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
      • Project Management experience
      • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
      • Demonstrated successes as a business partner in supporting business initiatives, goals and objectives
      • Positive and energetic approach with a "can-do" attitude
      • Culturally sensitive with international experience
      • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization


      This is a key role in the finance department that owns efforts to improve financial integrity, consistency, efficiency, standardization and transparency.
