Do you have any idea what kind of service(s) you plan to offer? Are you cutting purchase orders, or providing strategic advice of procurement practices?

I have never joined a blog before, thank you for responding to my question regarding how to bill for Procurement Services.
The service we are offering is to overseas companies that want to buy in the U.S., or U.S. companies that would like to buy from India or China. But instead of positioning ourselves as a Trading company we are positioning ourselves as a Procurement Service Provider.
My intension is to work independently and was wondering, given your experience, how the market is for this type of arrangement. According to several sources the use of using outside help for different aspects of the Supply Chain is on the rise. I'm pretty familiar with it all by now but my specialty is in sourcing and procurement.
