      Detailed Description Supply Chain Management (SCM) Associates help our client service efforts by being an integral part of our teams working with clients to transform their supply chain organizations as well as problem solving operational issues across the business enterprise.  This often involves fundamentally changing the corporate organization and culture to embrace lasting change.  Our teams mobilize the client by engaging teams led by their senior management and staffed by their top talent to aggressively pursue operational improvement.

      Examples of the type of work associated this role could include:

      • Defining new organizational structures, roles and processes across global supply chain/network organizations. This may involve: upgrading line and staff skills, changing the structure of reporting relationships, developing improved processes and procedures, and instituting rigorous target-setting and performance-monitoring systems
      • Working with the client to realize immediate savings by building and executing network strategies
      • Rationalizing operational assets and networks to achieve the higher levels of effectiveness and efficiencies.

      • Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts
      • Experience assessing and driving transformational improvements across operational settings
      • Insights/experience in managing key transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors)
      • Particular interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management
      • Clear demonstration of having led operations improvements/transformations
