      For 3PL Service Providers in Supply Chain, I would like to get your feedback on what do you think are:


      • the key factors for improving customer service
      • the standard and/or most effective Key Process Areas (KPA) to focus on, or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for measuring Customer Service
      • the basic Individual Key Objective (IKOs) for Employees
