      Supply Planning Analysis Manager

      • Perform detailed analysis in a number of key areas:

      o Supply/Demand match
      o Inventory management and projections
      o Factory loadings
      o Demand satisfaction
      o Supply chain master data setup

      • Interpret and explain results of the supply plan to Supply Planners, Demand Planners and Business Managers
      • Debug results of supply plan when results do not meet business objectives
      • Recommend changes and improvements to supply plan profiles and make recommendations on master data to drive desired behavior
      • Learn and incorporate the intricacies of the manufacturing processes and supply chain functions into the supply chain model
      • Audit accuracy and compliance of master data to agreed design and procedures
      • Support IR’s Sales and Operations Planning process 
      • Develop and enhance reports, metrics and analytical tools
      • Work with Supply Planning users to define business requirements for process and systems development
      • Recommends changes to processes and systems and works with Planning Systems and Information Technology to develop and implement the changes
      • Document processes and procedures
      • Drive testing of changes to process and systems
      • Oversee transfer of processes and tools to general users
      • Investigate new capabilities for supply planning, analytics and reporting
      • Identify and adopt best practices
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
      • May supervise staff to be determined based on business needs

      Education and Experience
      • B.S / B.A. Degree
      • Supply Chain and/or Operations education and experience preferably in a global semiconductor environment
      • APICS certification a plus
      • Five years experience in a production planning or master scheduling role
      • Two years experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO and Business Objects
      • Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse preferred
