      The Operations/Supply Chain Business Analyst uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance operations processes for digital products and associated attached revenue streams. Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support the management of the supply chain, customer service and overall operations. Coordinates the collection of data and metrics from extended Operations and Customer Service organization. Owns and publishes overall Operations dashboard and drives corrective actions across the operations and customer service teams.

      Gathers and interprets relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.)
      Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions
      Develops periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders
      Investigates automation/business intelligence tools and works with IT to automate KPIs for the business to provide a close to real-time view of operational performance
      Drive KPI reporting and visibility through the creation and continuous tuning of operations dashboard.
      Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
      Provide inputs into definition and implementation of enterprise data model and data standards:
      Ensure Digital Products’ evolving data and metrics needs are addressed
      Review process design/process change to ensure compliance with the enterprise data model and performance metrics definitions
      Continuously improve the overall data quality level across business organizations
      Engage data stewards in identifying, analyzing, prioritizing data-related process improvement opportunities
      Assist data stewards in proposing, planning and executing data quality improvement initiatives

      Extensive knowledge of inventor
      y models, forecasting methods, and inventory control procedures
      Strong quantitative and analytical skills; broad range of computer skills—database, spreadsheet, statistics applications
      Problem solving capabilities
      Understand supply chain operations; understand inventory/accounting relationships
      Ability to prioritize needs, self-directed
      ability to communicate findings, make recommendations
      Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels
      Good project management skills
      Bachelor degree in engineering, mathematics, operations research, or other technical field required
      MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus
      2 to 4 years full-time experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment working with external suppliers
      Certification by APICS is a plus
      Experience using ERP systems and planning tools such as Kinaxis for reporting and dashboards is a strong plus
