I am unable to view the videos. Content within the video screen does not load. What are the minimum system requirements for viewing videos. Thanks.
We have also recieved other reports of user encountering issue viewing the video which was not contributed to network setup.
The behavior was that user were able to access the video; however, the video woud not play, only a grey screen was visible with the kinaxis log.
They were able to resolve this issue by upgrading to the latest versio of the adobe flash player . (version 10)
